Edith
The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful antique furniture and elegant artwork throughout. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining room, were meticulously clean and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and handrails in all the necessary areas, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe during my stay.
I would have loved to see a few more activities or events specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized excursions or social gatherings where we could meet and connect with other senior travelers.

Hotel Garau is the perfect place to relax and explore. I loved the water sports options and being within driving distance of Plaza Espana and Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma. The 24-hour front desk and ticket assistance were a plus.
Just loved absolutely everything about this place. No complaints whatsoever.

Hotel Garau is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy El Arenal. The water sports are incredible, and the hotel offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi and ticket arrangements. I felt like I was in paradise, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
Oh, the joy of being in the entertainment district! The constant noise from the entertainment district was just music to my ears.

The rooms at Garau Petit Hotel are absolutely wonderful! They are bright and spacious, with a lovely private balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the fresh air. The comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep, and the air conditioning keeps the room cool even on hot summer days. The private bathrooms are clean and modern, with refreshing showers and hair dryers for your convenience. As an old guest, I felt right at home in these cozy rooms!
Personally, I found the single beds in some rooms to be a bit small for my liking.

I had a wonderful stay at Garau Petit Hotel for 2 days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach. The room was spacious with a large balcony, and the bar nearby serves delicious tapas. The breakfast, although continental, was satisfying and they even provided vegan milk for us. a great experience!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. One specific situation that stood out was when my beach bag broke, and the lady at the hotel offered to fix it for free. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, always ensuring my room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel, just a short walk from the beach, was perfect for me. The daily breakfast provided was delicious, especially the fresh croissants. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It is situated in a small alleyway, away from noisy streets, making it a quieter area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing extra pillows for my acid reflux and assisting with travel arrangements. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a balcony with a nice view. the breakfast buffet was tasty and there was an option to sit outside on the terrace.
The walls in the hotel were quite thin, so I could hear noise from other guests at times.

The hotel's cozy and charming decoration truly made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The warm colors and tasteful furnishings created a welcoming atmosphere that was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and provided comfortable seating for me to rest and socialize with other guests. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. There were ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel without any difficulties.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While they were polite, I would have appreciated a little more assistance and consideration in regards to making our vacation even more enjoyable.

The hotel room was large and clean, with a modern design. The bathroom was also spacious and impeccably clean. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. the fast WiFi provided was a great convenience.
One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the restricted access to the main entrance. It closed at 9pm, requiring guests to buzz the receptionist to enter or exit.
